How fast is delivery in Singapore?+
We ship islandwide from Singapore by registered mail (S$3), free with a minimum spend of S$80. You can also self collect at our Ubi office on weekdays from 10am to 6pm, avoiding 1pm to 3pm. Need it by a specific date? WhatsApp us before ordering and we will confirm what is possible.
How does name personalisation work?+
Pick a personalised item (Jellycat bunny, romper, bag or label), add the name at checkout, and we embroider or print it in house. Each product page lists its personalisation time, for example 7 to 9 working days for Jellycat name embroidery.
What is inside a gift set?+
Each gift set lists its exact contents on the product page. Orders over S$80 come in a free Baby Butter gift box, ready to hand over. You can also build your own hamper from any items in the shop.
Are the Jellycat and Itzy Ritzy items genuine?+
Yes. We are a reseller of genuine Jellycat, Itzy Ritzy, California Baby, Cloversoft and Glitter and Spice products, alongside our own Baby Butter label pieces.
Can I send a gift straight to my recipient?+
Yes. Put their address as the delivery address and add your gift message at checkout.
What is your returns policy?+
If you are not fully satisfied with an item, tell us within 7 days of receiving it for a replacement, refund or repair. Personalised items and soft toys cannot be returned, for hygiene and safety reasons. Refunds take up to 2 weeks to process once the item is back with us.
Can I visit you?+
Yes. Walk ins are welcome at 62 Ubi Road 1, #06-02 Oxley BizHub 2, Monday to Friday from 12pm to 6pm. We are closed on weekends and public holidays.
Do you do corporate or bulk gifting?+
Yes. Tell us your budget per box and quantity on WhatsApp and we will propose sets. For wholesale orders, email hello@babybutter.com.sg.
Do you have a loyalty programme?+
Yes. Earn 1 point for every S$1 spent and 50 points when you sign up, then redeem 10 points for S$1 off. You also get S$2 off for each friend you refer.
Do you sell gift cards?+
Yes. Baby Butter gift cards come in amounts from S$25 to S$328, or any amount you choose.
