Our industry’s testing requirements are established and regulated by the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC). In 2008, the CPSC introduced the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA) to strengthen controls over materials used in children’s products, such as lead and phthalates. At Itzy Ritzy, we have our products extensively tested in accordance with CPSIA guidelines and applicable safety standards, using CPSC-accredited testing laboratories to ensure full compliance.
We understand that little ones explore the world with their mouths, which is why we go above and beyond to meet or exceed all safety regulations. All Itzy Ritzy products are free from lead and phthalates. Our teethers and feeding products are BPA-free, and all paints used on our toys are tested to confirm they are non-toxic and free of heavy metals.
